Joyce’s professional career began in public accounting as an accountant and tax preparer. An avid volunteer and philanthropist, she changed her focus to nonprofit sector. She saw a need to educate the seniors about financial scams and help them protect themselves and their hard-earned assets. In August 2021, Joyce founded R.O.S.E. Resources/Outreach to Safeguard the Elderly with the mission to prevent the financial exploitation and defrauding of the seniors through advocacy and education.
