Let's talk about scams. It's the must listen show for

00:00:57.719 --> 00:01:02.200
from scams. Every Tuesday am Pacific time on K four

16
00:01:02.359 --> 00:01:06.840
HD Radio, Joyce Petrowski, founder of Rose, and her guests

17
00:01:07.200 --> 00:01:11.319
will provide valuable insights and practical tips on how to

18
00:01:11.400 --> 00:01:16.400
recognize and protect yourself from scams. And now here is

19
00:01:16.480 --> 00:01:18.640
your host, Joyce Petrowski.

20
00:01:20.959 --> 00:01:23.799
Good morning, My name is Brian Watson. I'm a community

21
00:01:23.840 --> 00:01:28.439
outreach specialist for Rose Resources Outreach to safeguard the elderly,

22
00:01:28.840 --> 00:01:32.400
and welcome to let's talk about scams. I am filling

23
00:01:32.439 --> 00:01:36.599
in for Joyce this weekend. Next it's my pleasure and

24
00:01:36.760 --> 00:01:41.120
privilege and Joyce will be back in a couple of weeks.

25
00:01:41.599 --> 00:01:45.000
But in the meantime, I get the camera and the

26
00:01:45.040 --> 00:01:48.519
mic and I get to share some hopefully really good

27
00:01:48.560 --> 00:01:52.159
advice that you can share with others. So today's topic

28
00:01:52.959 --> 00:01:58.040
is don't respond to random text messages and we have

29
00:01:58.079 --> 00:02:02.120
to break the habit of being nice because the scammers

30
00:02:02.319 --> 00:02:05.920
are trying to trick us, and a lot of times

31
00:02:06.200 --> 00:02:10.520
they will make their initial intro through a text message.

32
00:02:10.560 --> 00:02:13.680
We always talk about something called the anatomy of a scam,

33
00:02:14.120 --> 00:02:18.080
where most scams have three phases, and the first one

34
00:02:18.199 --> 00:02:22.479
is contact out of the blue, and text message is

35
00:02:22.639 --> 00:02:25.919
one of the ways that scammers can get to us.

36
00:02:26.759 --> 00:02:31.120
I was at a presentation yesterday and someone asked me, well,

37
00:02:31.120 --> 00:02:34.840
where do they get these numbers? And I say, they're

38
00:02:34.919 --> 00:02:37.840
out there. You just they can just use an auto dialer.

39
00:02:38.080 --> 00:02:42.159
That's the old way, but the new technology is they'll

40
00:02:42.240 --> 00:02:45.199
just pick the next number they're going to contact every

41
00:02:45.199 --> 00:02:48.360
one of us at some point, because these aren't secret numbers,

42
00:02:49.159 --> 00:02:52.960
you know, they go from zero zero's to nines, and

43
00:02:53.039 --> 00:02:55.080
they're eventually going to contact all of us. So I'm

44
00:02:55.080 --> 00:02:57.039
going to recall a story that happened to me a

45
00:02:57.080 --> 00:03:02.080
couple of weeks ago, and I'm sharing it because it's

46
00:03:02.120 --> 00:03:06.199
a great example of how I was even targeted by

47
00:03:06.280 --> 00:03:11.120
a scammer. So I received a text message on my

48
00:03:11.199 --> 00:03:15.159
cell phone. It was a number that was not in

49
00:03:15.199 --> 00:03:18.639
my contact list. I later looked up. It was a

50
00:03:18.719 --> 00:03:23.800
Connecticut area code, and all it was was a picture

51
00:03:23.879 --> 00:03:27.759
of a cute little dog, a puppy. It was a Samoy,

52
00:03:27.840 --> 00:03:31.360
It one of those white fluffy dogs. And it came

53
00:03:31.400 --> 00:03:34.319
in on my text message. Came in my phone as

54
00:03:34.360 --> 00:03:37.960
a text message, no words whatsoever, just a picture of

55
00:03:37.960 --> 00:03:42.280
a dog. So what would you do, Well, the scammers

56
00:03:42.280 --> 00:03:45.800
want you to respond. So I knew immediately it was

57
00:03:45.840 --> 00:03:48.680
a scam because this is what I do part time.

58
00:03:50.039 --> 00:03:52.039
And I'll tell you why I knew it was a scam.

59
00:03:52.439 --> 00:03:55.960
So I decided to respond to the text because I

60
00:03:56.039 --> 00:03:59.840
knew it would be a good learning experience. It also

61
00:04:00.000 --> 00:04:03.319
helps me. It gave me an idea for an article

62
00:04:03.360 --> 00:04:05.879
for the newspaper. I write for the Green Valley News.

63
00:04:07.280 --> 00:04:10.960
So on my phone I just replied back, who is this?

64
00:04:12.080 --> 00:04:16.160
And immediately I got a text back and it said

65
00:04:16.399 --> 00:04:20.279
this was Annie. Don't you remember me? You gave me

66
00:04:20.360 --> 00:04:23.040
this dog and then I brought it to your fifty

67
00:04:23.120 --> 00:04:29.480
fifth birthday party. And so typically this is where a

68
00:04:29.519 --> 00:04:32.639
normal person would say, oh, I'm sorry, you have the

69
00:04:32.720 --> 00:04:36.360
wrong person. I didn't give you that dog. I don't

70
00:04:36.399 --> 00:04:39.120
know who you must be thinking of someone else. And

71
00:04:39.160 --> 00:04:43.439
then at that point the scammer will profusely apologize and say, oh,

72
00:04:43.480 --> 00:04:46.560
I'm so sorry I typed in the number wrong or

73
00:04:46.600 --> 00:04:50.040
I picked the wrong person. But then they will start

74
00:04:50.079 --> 00:04:54.199
a conversation with you, Oh, well do you like dogs? Oh?

75
00:04:54.279 --> 00:04:57.560
Or where do you live? And they start giving you

76
00:04:57.600 --> 00:05:01.120
all kinds of attention, and if you have some free

77
00:05:01.160 --> 00:05:04.639
time and you're nice, maybe a little bored, you start

78
00:05:04.639 --> 00:05:08.240
engaging with someone because it's kind of fun. So in

79
00:05:08.279 --> 00:05:11.040
this case, I didn't want this to go on forever,

80
00:05:11.480 --> 00:05:15.120
but I at least wanted to show that it was

81
00:05:15.160 --> 00:05:18.399
a scam. So I played dumb and I just said,

82
00:05:18.480 --> 00:05:21.319
you know what, I know a lot of Annie's. Maybe

83
00:05:21.319 --> 00:05:23.680
if you send me a photo, it'll jog my memory.

84
00:05:23.879 --> 00:05:27.800
So at this point in this whole scheme, I was

85
00:05:27.839 --> 00:05:30.600
willing to bet my left ear or my right ear,

86
00:05:31.480 --> 00:05:36.199
or an eyebrow that the picture I got was going

87
00:05:36.279 --> 00:05:41.879
to be from an attractive young Asian woman. And sure

88
00:05:42.000 --> 00:05:46.560
enough I got both my ears. That is exactly what

89
00:05:46.680 --> 00:05:50.800
I got. I was texted a picture of a young,

90
00:05:50.879 --> 00:05:57.639
attractive Asian woman. Now, these unsolicited text messages is one

91
00:05:57.680 --> 00:06:00.879
of the methods that scammers used to start conversations with

92
00:06:01.399 --> 00:06:05.720
potential victims. I could have played this out for weeks

93
00:06:07.120 --> 00:06:10.240
and at some point my new friend Annie would have

94
00:06:10.560 --> 00:06:15.920
mentioned HER's success in investing in cryptocurrency, maybe Bitcoin, one

95
00:06:15.920 --> 00:06:19.279
of the or one of the other cryptocurrencies, and invite

96
00:06:19.319 --> 00:06:23.519
me to participate. So this scam is called pig butchering.

97
00:06:24.199 --> 00:06:27.120
Joyce and I have talked about pig butchering quite a bit.

98
00:06:27.240 --> 00:06:30.959
We've had guests coming on talking about pig butchering. Basically,

99
00:06:31.000 --> 00:06:36.040
pig butchering is tricking people, targeting people, tricking them into

100
00:06:36.079 --> 00:06:40.480
investing in cryptocurrency, but they're really not investing in cryptocurrency.

101
00:06:40.519 --> 00:06:42.319
It's just a complete scam and they will take all

102
00:06:42.360 --> 00:06:46.600
your money. So going back to my story with Annie.

103
00:06:47.519 --> 00:06:50.720
We went back and forth, where do you live? You know,

104
00:06:50.759 --> 00:06:55.439
I didn't I didn't recognize that area code, and then

105
00:06:55.439 --> 00:06:59.879
there was a pause, like you know, a delay, and

106
00:07:00.040 --> 00:07:08.199
then she reintroduced herself as Rose, which is I think

107
00:07:08.240 --> 00:07:11.480
what happened is this scammer was interacting with way too

108
00:07:11.560 --> 00:07:14.680
many people and forgot that he or she had used

109
00:07:14.680 --> 00:07:19.879
the name Annie. So at that point I was like, Rose,

110
00:07:20.120 --> 00:07:23.399
I thought I was talking to my friend Annie. But anyways,

111
00:07:23.920 --> 00:07:26.560
sometimes these scammers can't keep their story straight. I also

112
00:07:26.600 --> 00:07:29.680
found the name Rose very ironic because that is the

113
00:07:29.759 --> 00:07:35.439
name of our nonprofit. So I basically ended the text conversation.

114
00:07:35.639 --> 00:07:37.720
I didn't want this thing to go on forever because

115
00:07:37.759 --> 00:07:40.439
I didn't want to get text messages at weird hours,

116
00:07:41.199 --> 00:07:45.680
and I basically said, when you're going to ask me

117
00:07:45.720 --> 00:07:49.399
invest in crypto? I know this is a scam. I

118
00:07:49.439 --> 00:07:52.319
hope you're not one of these victims trapped in a

119
00:07:52.399 --> 00:07:57.160
compound in Southeast Asia. If you need help getting out,

120
00:07:57.319 --> 00:08:00.240
you know, we can reach out to people who do

121
00:08:00.279 --> 00:08:02.120
this for a living. You know, I don't know anybody

122
00:08:02.160 --> 00:08:05.079
personally that does it, but I have friends of friends

123
00:08:06.199 --> 00:08:10.360
who work for nonprofits that help extricate people from these

124
00:08:10.439 --> 00:08:16.800
horrible scam compounds where they're forced to work. So scammer

125
00:08:16.839 --> 00:08:19.240
moved on. I'm sure it will start texting other people.

126
00:08:19.360 --> 00:08:22.959
So there's numerous variations of this text message. In my case,

127
00:08:23.079 --> 00:08:26.720
I received a picture of a dog. I've heard of

128
00:08:26.839 --> 00:08:29.439
times where people will receive a picture of a bottle

129
00:08:29.480 --> 00:08:32.080
of wine and the person on the other end of

130
00:08:32.120 --> 00:08:34.399
the text will say, hey, did you get the bottle

131
00:08:34.440 --> 00:08:36.919
of wine I sent you? And then you know, you'll

132
00:08:36.919 --> 00:08:39.039
say sorry, you got the wrong number, and it starts

133
00:08:39.080 --> 00:08:43.960
the process. Or hey, Bob, are we still on coffee?

134
00:08:44.440 --> 00:08:46.519
Or are we still on to have coffee tomorrow morning

135
00:08:46.559 --> 00:08:49.399
at seven am? You know? And then a nice person

136
00:08:49.440 --> 00:08:53.080
will say, you know, no, that's you got the wrong number.

137
00:08:53.399 --> 00:08:58.879
For most of us, our good nature causes us to

138
00:08:59.000 --> 00:09:03.559
help out the person sending the text. If you do that,

139
00:09:03.679 --> 00:09:06.320
you are a good person. You are raised well, you

140
00:09:06.399 --> 00:09:11.159
have manners. But here's the deal. The scammers are taking

141
00:09:11.240 --> 00:09:17.080
advantage of your good heart, your good manners, just the

142
00:09:17.120 --> 00:09:20.960
fact that you're a decent human being. But I'm telling

143
00:09:21.000 --> 00:09:25.399
you you do not have to respond to this random message.

144
00:09:25.519 --> 00:09:28.440
You won't get in trouble from your parents or your

145
00:09:28.440 --> 00:09:35.039
grandparents just ignore it, delete it, don't engage. Now. I

146
00:09:35.159 --> 00:09:39.240
engaged because I knew what it was and I wanted

147
00:09:39.240 --> 00:09:41.919
to have a story to tell. And it was a

148
00:09:42.000 --> 00:09:46.039
learning experience for me because eventually, let's say you do

149
00:09:46.159 --> 00:09:49.919
engage with this scammer, it's going to be a daily text,

150
00:09:50.120 --> 00:09:52.720
it could be an hourly text. It could be back

151
00:09:52.759 --> 00:09:57.080
and forth, going real really quick. And then you know,

152
00:09:57.120 --> 00:10:00.080
at some point, you know, they'll figure out what you like.

153
00:10:00.399 --> 00:10:03.200
Are you into animals? Are you into food? Are you

154
00:10:03.279 --> 00:10:08.000
into travel? Sports? And these scammers will mirror you, and

155
00:10:08.039 --> 00:10:10.639
they literally will have a script that they can use

156
00:10:10.679 --> 00:10:12.759
in front of them on a computer screen or even

157
00:10:12.799 --> 00:10:20.639
on paper, where if their potential victim is into say

158
00:10:20.639 --> 00:10:24.759
fine dining, they will have things to ask. They'll show pictures,

159
00:10:26.360 --> 00:10:30.440
you know, if you're into travel, Eventually this personal show

160
00:10:30.480 --> 00:10:34.519
themselves at the Eiffel Tower in Paris, or at Big

161
00:10:34.559 --> 00:10:40.559
Ben in London or somewhere in New York City. And

162
00:10:40.600 --> 00:10:44.240
then it'll it'll obviously ask the beg the question how

163
00:10:44.279 --> 00:10:46.960
can you afford to do this much traveling? And the

164
00:10:47.000 --> 00:10:52.559
scammer will say, well, have you ever considered cryptocurrency? It's

165
00:10:52.600 --> 00:10:56.000
been really good for me. I have a family member

166
00:10:56.039 --> 00:10:59.240
who's an expert at it and has made millions of

167
00:10:59.279 --> 00:11:03.799
dollars in crypto currency. Why don't we start small, you know,

168
00:11:03.840 --> 00:11:06.679
maybe invest one thousand dollars and let's see how that goes.

169
00:11:07.360 --> 00:11:10.080
And then they'll give you the fake portal that shows

170
00:11:10.159 --> 00:11:13.919
up on your computer screen, and of course it makes money,

171
00:11:14.399 --> 00:11:17.320
so you get excited because we all want to make money.

172
00:11:18.039 --> 00:11:22.440
And then at some point they will let you take

173
00:11:22.480 --> 00:11:25.039
a small refund or you know, a withdrawal of some

174
00:11:25.080 --> 00:11:28.799
of your investment, maybe even all of it. It's done

175
00:11:28.840 --> 00:11:34.120
intentionally to let you think that it's liquid and fully refundable,

176
00:11:34.679 --> 00:11:38.559
but in the meantime, there is no investment. They're not

177
00:11:38.639 --> 00:11:41.360
putting the money in cryptocurrency. They just take the money

178
00:11:41.399 --> 00:11:44.559
and using it themselves, and then they get you to

179
00:11:44.600 --> 00:11:49.720
invest more, like everything you have. I mean, I've met people.

180
00:11:50.440 --> 00:11:53.039
I met someone who's lost over seven hundred thousand dollars

181
00:11:53.039 --> 00:11:56.440
in a pig butchering scheme, and it was a very

182
00:11:56.519 --> 00:12:00.679
very smart person. So that's what's so they do. Now.

183
00:12:01.159 --> 00:12:05.919
The FBI's elder Fraud Report was recently released, and these

184
00:12:05.919 --> 00:12:09.759
are the numbers from twenty twenty five, and you can

185
00:12:09.799 --> 00:12:14.799
go online and find the FBI Elder Fraud Report. You

186
00:12:14.879 --> 00:12:18.440
can find it at IC three dot gov or you

187
00:12:18.480 --> 00:12:23.279
could just any search engine type in FBI Elder Fraud

188
00:12:23.320 --> 00:12:26.279
Report twenty twenty five. I have it. I've reviewed part

189
00:12:26.279 --> 00:12:29.240
of it, and I wanted to share some things as

190
00:12:29.240 --> 00:12:34.000
it relates to pig butchering and these random text messages.

191
00:12:35.960 --> 00:12:41.120
Seventy two thousand complaints were filed related to investment scams.

192
00:12:42.480 --> 00:12:45.200
The only things that had more complaints were phishing, the

193
00:12:45.279 --> 00:12:52.000
fank emails, and extortion. But here's the deal. Pig butchering

194
00:12:53.080 --> 00:12:58.080
investment fraud came in as the number one reported loss

195
00:12:58.240 --> 00:13:01.600
in the FBI's twenty two twenty five Elder Fraud Report.

196
00:13:02.279 --> 00:13:07.399
The dollar amount of reported loss is eight point six billion,

197
00:13:07.559 --> 00:13:11.440
and that's billion with a bee like boy, not million,

198
00:13:11.559 --> 00:13:16.919
but billion. And here's the crazy part. Most experts will

199
00:13:16.960 --> 00:13:20.200
tell you that only six to ten percent of these

200
00:13:20.240 --> 00:13:27.360
frauds are actually reported, so that number is unbelievably high

201
00:13:27.399 --> 00:13:30.639
and it is crazy. So if you receive a text

202
00:13:30.679 --> 00:13:37.759
message from an unknown number, we at Rose recommend that

203
00:13:37.840 --> 00:13:40.240
you don't respond to it. Don't do what I did today.

204
00:13:40.360 --> 00:13:43.000
I was having fun. If you want to watch people

205
00:13:43.159 --> 00:13:46.720
messing with scammers. You can go on YouTube and look

206
00:13:46.759 --> 00:13:50.480
at people that mess with scammers. They're professionals, they're really

207
00:13:50.519 --> 00:13:54.320
good with technology. We're recommending the general public don't do

208
00:13:54.440 --> 00:13:57.600
this because you don't know what information these people have

209
00:13:57.720 --> 00:14:01.919
on you. If they've contacted you before, they're very sophisticated.

210
00:14:02.240 --> 00:14:06.960
Don't mess with these people. But here's the key. Delete

211
00:14:07.000 --> 00:14:09.480
the text, ignore the text, whatever you have to do.

212
00:14:10.480 --> 00:14:13.639
And there's no reason to be polite. These scammers are

213
00:14:13.840 --> 00:14:16.399
lying to and going to steal from you, so we

214
00:14:16.480 --> 00:14:20.120
have no obligation to be polite or nice to them.

215
00:14:20.559 --> 00:14:23.720
They want to steal your life savings, So save yourself

216
00:14:23.720 --> 00:14:31.919
some time and financial ruin by immediately deleting the text.

217
00:14:32.360 --> 00:14:34.919
And I know, and it's just good practice, you know.

218
00:14:37.200 --> 00:14:39.960
You know the story I like to tell. I did

219
00:14:40.240 --> 00:14:44.000
a fraud prevention presentation with the bank manager in the

220
00:14:44.039 --> 00:14:47.639
town I live in, and she met a lady who,

221
00:14:48.639 --> 00:14:52.200
in her case, received a phone call and the lady

222
00:14:52.360 --> 00:14:56.240
knew something was not right, she knew it was a scam,

223
00:14:56.879 --> 00:14:59.960
but she stayed on the phone, she didn't hang up,

224
00:15:01.080 --> 00:15:06.120
and my friend, who's the bank manager, politely asked her, well,

225
00:15:06.440 --> 00:15:08.720
why didn't you just hang up the phone. I mean,

226
00:15:08.799 --> 00:15:11.480
you knew it was a scam, like, there's no reason

227
00:15:11.960 --> 00:15:14.240
to stay on the phone. And she said, well, I

228
00:15:14.240 --> 00:15:18.120
don't want to hang up because that would be rude. Okay.

229
00:15:19.240 --> 00:15:23.200
So and I respect that. I respect the fact that

230
00:15:23.200 --> 00:15:25.759
she was raised well and she has good manners, and

231
00:15:25.799 --> 00:15:28.039
I wish everybody had as good as manners as this

232
00:15:28.120 --> 00:15:32.120
lady does. But these scammers are going to lie and

233
00:15:32.159 --> 00:15:34.639
steal from you. You have no obligation to be nice.

234
00:15:34.720 --> 00:15:37.440
If you are on the phone with someone, I am

235
00:15:37.480 --> 00:15:42.240
giving you permission to lie to them and have an

236
00:15:42.320 --> 00:15:45.759
answer already in place. You know, I have company over

237
00:15:45.840 --> 00:15:48.759
right now. I'm making dinner. I got food in the oven,

238
00:15:48.840 --> 00:15:51.919
I got something on the stovetop. My dog needs to

239
00:15:51.960 --> 00:15:55.159
go outside. We want you to take a break. And

240
00:15:56.279 --> 00:16:01.200
what they're trying to do because the scammers are social manipulators,

241
00:16:01.279 --> 00:16:04.840
they are are going to make you go into a

242
00:16:04.879 --> 00:16:07.159
place where you make a bad decision. So I mentioned

243
00:16:07.200 --> 00:16:10.240
the anatomy of a scam early on contact out of

244
00:16:10.279 --> 00:16:13.879
the blue, in this case a text message, you know,

245
00:16:13.960 --> 00:16:18.000
and then the compelling reason to act is wow, you

246
00:16:18.879 --> 00:16:22.840
have the potential of getting extremely wealthy. And then of

247
00:16:22.879 --> 00:16:25.159
course they always ask for money. That's the third part.

248
00:16:25.840 --> 00:16:30.799
And then you know, for most scams they've used urgency,

249
00:16:31.440 --> 00:16:34.559
but when it comes to pig butchering, it's a long

250
00:16:34.639 --> 00:16:39.360
play scam. They can develop this scheme over weeks or

251
00:16:39.399 --> 00:16:42.240
even months. They want to build that trust and they

252
00:16:42.279 --> 00:16:44.440
want to kind of control you. They want to mirror

253
00:16:44.480 --> 00:16:50.720
you and have you invest small eventually have you invest

254
00:16:50.840 --> 00:16:53.720
everything you have. So they invest a lot of time

255
00:16:53.799 --> 00:16:56.440
in no pun intended, they do invest a lot of

256
00:16:56.440 --> 00:17:00.759
time in into you to try to get the big kill.

257
00:17:00.799 --> 00:17:03.519
Because with pig butchering, they're not trying to make one

258
00:17:03.519 --> 00:17:06.839
thousand dollars, they're not trying to make ten thousand dollars.

259
00:17:07.200 --> 00:17:09.519
They want to make one hundred thousand dollars or a

260
00:17:09.599 --> 00:17:15.319
million dollars or even more. So please please please sign

261
00:17:15.440 --> 00:17:19.400
up for our monthly email. We have a lot of

262
00:17:20.000 --> 00:17:23.680
subscribers to our monthly email. At the beginning of the month,

263
00:17:23.720 --> 00:17:27.240
it comes out with all the latest tips, latest scams,

264
00:17:27.640 --> 00:17:31.160
ways you can partner with us, just some videos, some

265
00:17:31.279 --> 00:17:35.759
cool articles, and then on Tuesday mornings, Joyce sends out

266
00:17:36.200 --> 00:17:40.599
a little mini version of our newsletter. It's called the

267
00:17:41.160 --> 00:17:45.279
Tip Tuesday and it's usually just one small thing that

268
00:17:45.319 --> 00:17:48.079
you can read quickly, because here's the deal of folks.

269
00:17:48.599 --> 00:17:51.079
The scammers are coming after every one of us. They

270
00:17:51.119 --> 00:17:54.519
came after me, they're coming after you, They're coming after

271
00:17:54.559 --> 00:17:57.559
your family members. And we have to be mentally prepared

272
00:17:58.359 --> 00:18:02.079
to delete that email, lead that text message, hang up

273
00:18:02.119 --> 00:18:05.519
that phone call. You are in control. Live with a

274
00:18:05.559 --> 00:18:10.279
healthy amount of skepticism. We trust people, but it needs

275
00:18:10.319 --> 00:18:12.640
to be verified. And if you do get it, you know,

276
00:18:12.720 --> 00:18:14.559
if you do get a phone call or an email,

277
00:18:14.680 --> 00:18:18.319
you know, contact the company from a verified number. But

278
00:18:18.400 --> 00:18:21.960
that's that's the biggest thing in the world. Don't respond

279
00:18:22.079 --> 00:18:26.359
to random text messages you have no obligation to. All Right,

280
00:18:26.720 --> 00:18:30.279
that is all I have for today. I really appreciate

281
00:18:30.359 --> 00:18:34.799
everyone out there listening to me. Please share this link

282
00:18:34.839 --> 00:18:38.960
with someone you know. It could save them their life savings.

283
00:18:39.400 --> 00:18:41.680
We'll see you next Tuesday morning. Thank you very much.

284
00:18:43.240 --> 00:18:46.240

So you have the power to make scam protection. You're healthy,

288
00:18:59.519 --> 00:19:02.880
